Our story begins in Carlisle, Massachusetts, in 1979…. our first backyard. Lois, who grew up on a small farm in Illinois, wanted to be able to provide her family with the same wholesome food she had grown up eating. Living on only two acres, our first cow was purchased….and literally raised in our backyard. We have been raising our own beef ever since.
From our backyard to yours – Because food is personal. It is our mission to promote small farming and provide to you the benefit of food produced on a small ecologically friendly and humane family farm. |
